Making a purchase

When you make a purchase from bluedogjewellery.com using our secure payment facility:

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and an estimate of the expected despatch date.

You will receive a notification that your order has been despatched, on the day it is sent, so that you can look out for our blue bag arriving by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next day.

How to pay

You can purchase our jewellery using two safe online payment methods: Protx and Paypal. These secure online payment facilities mean that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your details are being handled securely.

We take your privacy very seriously and although we have to capture information about you to be able to process your order, we totally respect your desire to keep your personal information confidential. Please see our privacy policy for further information.

Quality

Every jewellery designer selected by Blue Dog Jewellery, is featured on our website because of the high quality and craftsmanship of their jewellery designs. Each item of jewellery is unique, as it has been hand made by individual contemporary jewellery designers. We have chosen to showcase contemporary jewellery designers whose work truly stands out, rather than sell the type of mass produced jewellery which can be purchased on the high street. You are purchasing a piece of contemporary jewellery which has been hand-picked for its exceptional qualities - no two pieces of jewellery are ever exactly identical.

Peace of mind

We have photographed each piece of jewellery individually to ensure that the image you see is as clear and accurate as possible. Please be aware that whilst we have endeavoured to supply accurate images and detailed descriptions of our jewellery, the jewellery items may vary slightly in composition and colour from the image you see on your computer screen.

However if your jewellery purchase does not live up to your expectations when it is delivered to your door, please contact us immediately and we will organise a refund or exchange for you in line with the terms of our returns policy.

Our returns policy

If you are unhappy with your Blue Dog Jewellery purchase for any reason please notify our Customer Services team straight away by e-mailing customerservice@bluedogjewellery.com. You can return the jewellery item to us for a refund, exchange or credit note within 28 days of receipt of your purchase. The jewellery must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

In order to comply with current Health & Hygiene regulations we are unable to extend our returns policy to earrings. This is for your own safety and protection.

Except where an item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of your jewellery item to Blue Dog Jewellery. Please return any unwanted item by Royal Mail Special Delivery as Blue Dog Jewellery cannot take any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post.

Contemporary designer jewellery delivered to your door

Blue Dog Jewellery aims to dispatch all jewellery items in stock within 5 working days. We will send you an e-mail at the time of purchase confirming the availability of the item you have ordered. If the jewellery item is not in stock we will confirm by e-mail how quickly we can send you the jewellery.

We will send out a further e-mail on the day that the jewellery is despatched to you. Please note that all jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will be required to sign for the jewellery delivery when it arrives at your door.

Postage and Packaging

We post all Blue Dog jewellery items using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. This service costs £5.50 and will be added to your purchase at the checkout. For tracking and insurance purposes it is essential that your delivery is sent by this method.

Your jewellery will be sent beautifully wrapped in a protective box and will arrive in our signature blue jiffy bags with our distinctive Blue Dog logo on the front. Please keep your eyes open for the arrival of your blue package - all you have to do is sign for it and enjoy wearing your jewellery.

Blue Dog jewellery likes happy customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied either with the jewellery item you have purchased or our Customer Service team please e-mail us and we will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy.
